These temporary agency employees were equipped with proper safety equipment including gloves and steal tipped shoes. They were also supplied the statutorily required water by the Employment Lawyers Group. Construction work is hard work and presents grave physical demands.
It is important safety be exercised on all jobsites. California law requires shade, water, and adequate adherence to employee health and safety. Personally, I think there is just too much going on at this job site. Half formed temporary rebar, a ladder in the middle of the formation, wood on top of rebar, boundary and level marking forms, piles of dirt, and the list goes on. Luckily this little movie prop over at our Oxnard office will undergo yet more changes tomorrow.

Workplace safety is very important. On these days I spend with the Oxnard office remodeling crew I am reminded of the need for safety equipment. We have hard hats, gloves, masks, and try to clean up dangers immediately.
With this said I moved 11,000 pounds of rock today only to realize there is a growing pile of roofing tile to dispose of.
