Oxnard, California. Presumably a standup paddle board clinic in the middle of Seabridge Marina. Please be advised I am presently investigating claims for the occupational hazards associated with standup paddle board clinics.
Reports have been plentifudl that: 1) the employer has failed to provide sunblock with a rating of 50 or more; 2) an instructor fell over in the Seabridge Marina around the baby shark season and scratched his toe; 3) the gondola man had a near two mile an hour collision with a female instructor wearing a bikini; 4) the paddle board school failed to maintain workers compensation insurance with an admitted Iraqi carrier (which is not a requirement in California). If you believe you might be the victim of wrongful paddle board employment, please contact me forthwith if you were employed or dispatched to a Marina in a state I am licensed!
