We are unfortunately working on a few serious farm labor abuse cases right now. One involves false imprisonment, forced religious worship, and gun pointing. Another involves a pregnant woman thrown to the ground and forced to obtain a fitness of duty paper from her doctor just because she is pregnant. Luckily these cases are in Kern County and not Ventura County.
