Do you recognize this building? It's the reconstructed Oxnard Office using part of the old slab and adding on. She's getting her smooth stucco coat.
Sorry I didn't get a better picture, but when I am onsite I am pretty busy doing interior priming, and then aggregate removal from the stucco.

4th of July in the Oxnard Marina where the 50th anniversary of the Marina was celebrated yesterday. This, of course, was the younger kid's section.
In the older kid's section they had charging stations for iPhones. In the adult's section they had pole dancers for the guys and spa treatments for the women. There was also a booth with a discrimination lawyer. ???

78 degrees today in the Oxnard Marina drove me to the beach. Very warm in the water and not that much wind. Kudos to the sailor who got that shape on his spinnaker sail today. My only boating story today is I was about to ward a pontoon with an outboard engine away from the dock at the Oxnard office.
